Night Audit Supervisor Job ID: 208855 Category: Guest Services, Operations, and Front Office Schedule: Full time Location: The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel Salary: $17.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer: EOE, including disability/vets Responsibilities Oversee nightly audit: supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments. Lead day-to-day team operations: create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback. Post and reconcile transactions: ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day's financial reports and credit card systems. Monitor cashier accuracy: review and verify cashier reports, correct errors and ensure alignment with system data. Support overnight operations: partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed. Qualifications & Attributes Proven experience in hotel front office operations and night audit functions. Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate staff. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, adaptability.
