Stock Manager Milpitas

Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach - Directly train and partner with Stock team to ensure all management and inventory functions run smoothly - Understand all management register functions and operational functions - Supervise all merchandise shipments and immediately report any discrepancies - Ensure that the selling floor is organized, stocked and follows visual directives - Assist in leading inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals - Leverage company tools to improve department performance and replenishment strategies

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

2+ years of high volume relevant retail experience as a proven leader - Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required - Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. - Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
