The Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part‑Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in‑store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back. What You'll Be Doing Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention) Support daily operations like restocking and back‑store tasks Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome What Sets You Apart High school diploma or equivalent Experience in retail or service industry Deep interest in fashion Big customer‑first energy with a natural ability to connect with people Available for day, night, and weekend shifts Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs (≈16 kg) during busy floor days What's In It For You Generous employee discounts (your shoe game will thank you!)
