Ready to lead the business and build a high-performing team? Join SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In as a Restaurant General Manager. You'll own restaurant performance, develop leaders, and create the fast, friendly experience guests expect while building your path toward above-store leadership.

What you'll own:

Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food

Performance incentive:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll also be eligible for a restaurant performance bonus paid weekly.

What you bring:

At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
