Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, serving residents and washing dishes
- Handles special requests between meals
- Sanitize equipment in work stations
- Maintain departmental sanitation by completing directed and scheduled cleaning assignments and trash disposal
- Complete daily temperature logs
- Keep dining room and pantries fully stocked and cleaned at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and on feet 80-90% of the time
- Wait staff experience preferred but not necessary
- Kitchen experience preferred
- Flexible hours a must
