CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking a full-time Hematologist-Oncologist to join its state-of-the-art Regional Cancer Center. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team within the only CMS 5-star hospital in New Mexico, which is also a proud member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Practice Info The Regional Cancer Center is a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Multidisciplinary clinical team led by highly skilled physicians and advanced practice clinicians specializing in medical oncology, breast surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and radiation oncology. Leverages the EPIC/Beacon electronic medical record system across all inpatient and outpatient settings. Affiliate of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, providing access to Mayo's resources, research, diagnostic tools, and treatment protocols. Access to CHRISTUS St. Vincent's own Clinical Trials and Research portfolio, including pharma-sponsored collaborative trials and investigator-initiated research. Provides a wide-range of supportive care infrastructure including medical, clinical, emotional, psychological, nutritional, physical wellbeing, practical, logistical, spiritual, and holistic support. Responsibilities Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and support services Participate in tumor boards and clinical research initiatives Share in practice call responsibilities Utilize EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings for seamless care coordination Compensation Competitive salary for full-time is $725,000 plus additional RVU-earning potential Generous Sign-on bonus CME/licensure package annually Benefits Occurrence-based malpractice coverage -- employer-paid Medical, dental, and vision starting on day one 403(b) retirement with employer contribution Eligibility for federal loan forgiveness (non-profit employer) Supportive workplace culture Shift & Schedule Full-time employed position with flexible schedule allowing for either a 4X10 or 5X8 work week Applicants seeking less than full time will also be considered Requirements 3+ years of post-training experience in hematology-oncology MD/DO required Board Cert in Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
