Job Type: Full-time, Year-round
Wage: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience

Description:
American Spoon Foods is a nationally recognized artisanal fruit-preserving company, renowned for producing high-quality preserves and condiments in small batches using locally sourced ingredients. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Labeling Line Assistant to join our production kitchen team.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided. Experience in manufacturing environments and/or equipment maintenance is a major plus. We are a small, dedicated team looking for someone who is eager to jump in, lend a hand wherever needed, and take pride in helping us create exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Train under the Lead Label Operator to assist with labeling and packaging products to company standards.
• Monitor and record quality and safety information accurately.
• Help fulfill the daily production schedule efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized labeling area throughout each shift.
• Follow all departmental rules, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours at a time) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Team-oriented mindset — willing to step up and help wherever needed.
• Manufacturing and/or equipment maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
