Our recruiting firm is partnering with a leading North American distributor serving businesses across a wide range of industries to identify a Billing Analyst. This role supports billing operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency across multiple locations in North America. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across teams and international business units. Job Description
The Billing Analyst will serve as a key liaison between billing operations teams and internal business partners, helping drive process improvements, project execution, and operational excellence. This position combines billing analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement responsibilities to support scalable and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for billing operations teams, supporting collaboration and process improvements across North America.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to align project objectives, communicate updates, and implement operational enhancements.
• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and provide actionable insights and reporting.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project execution.
• Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Organize, maintain, and update project documentation to support ongoing operational initiatives.
• Recommend and support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process improvement, change management, billing operations, project coordination, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with project management tools, business systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel periodically to locations throughout North America as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience supporting billing, accounting, finance, or shared services operations.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a multi-site or international business environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and business process documentation.
