Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience with school-aged children, particularly middle or high school students
• Familiarity with working with students who have more significant needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Ability to adapt strategies and interventions to diverse learning needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students on caseload, including those with complex needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student achievement
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all required documentation and reporting
• Offer guidance and support to staff regarding communication disorders and best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
