Talent Staffing Solutions Inc. DBA Mendrix Agency Group is a fast-growing, nurse-first staffing agency serving Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Nursing Homes across Los Angeles County. We are hiring on CNAs, LVNs/LPNs, and RNs for immediate placement. Enjoy top pay, great schedules, and supportive management.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities
Assist residents with ADLs (CNAs)
Administer medications and treatments (LVNs/LPNs, RNs)
Follow care plans and facility policies
Document accurately and promptly
Communicate effectively with staff and residents
Maintain professionalism and high-quality care

Requirements

Active California RN, LVN/LPN, or CNA license
Current BLS/CPR certification
TB Test + Physical (within past 12 months)
Must be eligible for W-2 employment
Ability to start quickly
Reliable and professional demeanor
