Requirements 1+ YEAR Automotive Knowledge to assist customers with repair questions. This is an important skill set that is necessary to fill the position we have open, Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
