Job Description

Patient Care:
Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) by removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
Assess and record patients oral health and medical histories.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care.
Exams & Screenings:
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Conduct initial patient assessments, including checking for gum disease, cavities, and other oral health issues.
Preventive Care:
Educate patients on the importance of preventive care, such as regular check-ups and cleanings.
Documentation:
Update patient records accurately, documenting any findings or treatments.
Assist with maintaining dental charts and patient files.
Collaboration with the Dental Team:
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
Patient Comfort:
Address any concerns or questions patients may have about their treatment.

Shift & Schedule

Schedule:
Tuesday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM (1-hour break)
Thursday: 7:30 AM to 1:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM (1-hour Break)
Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:15 PM (2nd Saturday of the month)
