Global Marketing Assistant

Managing event logistics and marketing collateral, the part-time Global Marketing Assistant will coordinate trade shows, oversee vendor relationships, and support digital marketing activities in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate Slasify's participation in trade shows and market-facing events, managing logistics and documentation Own procurement and inventory of branded materials, ensuring all collateral is on-brand and current Manage relationships with marketing vendors, tracking performance and delivery timelines Required qualifications Experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role Fluent in both English and Mandarin Based in Taiwan and comfortable working remotely in a distributed team Proficient in event coordination, vendor management, and digital marketing operations Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
