Title : Warehouse Clerk

Location : Tanneytown, MD
Hire Type : Contract
Salary : $20-$24/hr.

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse and inventory experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork.

Job Duties :

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure materials are received into inventory the same day.
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for production and customer orders.
• Complete inventory transactions using the company ERP system.
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor purchase order due dates and assist with expediting material deliveries.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule freight and courier pickups.
• Partner with the Quality team to verify material certifications before releasing materials to production.
• Maintain stock levels for consumables and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of customer-owned and company inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
