• 100,000-$130,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)
• 50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for veterinary medicine and client education, excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient and client care. As a veterinarian at Eastern Shore Animal Hospital, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment with a great culture. We are looking for someone who will take an active role in staff empowerment, communicate well with coworkers and clients, and embrace Fear Free Handling of pets. We are 100% welcoming to a New Grad. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive veterinary care for both wellness services and urgent care, including examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with pet owners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and education. Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate new knowledge into practice. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
