Join a team focused on driving new business through consistent outbound calling and fast-paced B2B sales activity. With a consultant mindset, you'll work to diagnose customer needs and help solve real-world safety and regulatory challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
• Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos
• Close new business to meet and exceed individual monthly sales quotas
• Build and manage a strong pipeline in CRM
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process
• Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Motivated and goal driven
• Clear communication and confidence working over the phone
• High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly
• High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

$60,000$70,000 estimated first-year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives) Consistent MondayFriday schedule | 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. CST Work remote (home office) or in-office (Neenah, WI)
