We are seeking reliable and motivated people to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. This position offers competitive wages, benefits, and a friendly work environment with regular raises, bonuses, and no required uniforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Operate equipment as needed to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
Inspect assembled products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents or injuries.
Accurately complete production documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Benefits and Perks:

Paid weekly $680 = 40 hours to $858 = 8 hours OT, with NO Sunday Shifts.
NO Rotating Shifts; choose between 2nd or 3rd shift.

Wear comfortable attire: pants, shorts, T-shirt, and full shoe (no steel-toed shoes required).

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
