Wound Care RN – Candidate Alignment

Experience & Clinical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of acute wound care experience required
• Experienced in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Skilled in managing complex wound care needs in an acute care setting
• Ability to prioritize nursing interventions and execute physician orders accurately
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Technical Requirements

• Experience with Cerner EMR required
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Active BLS certification
• Active Illinois RN License

Assignment Requirements

• COVID vaccination required
• Flu vaccination required
• No call requirement
• No weekend requirement

Ideal Candidate Profile
A Wound Care RN with strong acute care experience, proficiency with Cerner EMR, and the ability to independently manage wound care patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidate must have an active Illinois RN license, current BLS certification, and meet all vaccination requirements.
