Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team at Smithsons Enterprise. In this vital role, you will operate various types of vehicles— Vactor Truck, Side Dump Truck,End Dump Truck, Water Tanker Truck, Street Sweeper Truck, and Tractor Lowboy Truck. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Safely operate trucks and equipment for a variety of service callsProvide excellent customer service during stressful situations
Follow safety and company protocols at all times
Maintain your truck and equipment in clean, working order
Represent Smithsons with professionalism on every call

Experience

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Ability to respond quickly to traffic changes and adapt driving accordingly while maintaining safety standards.
Familiarity with operating various types of trucks including Vactor Truck, Side Dump Truck,End Dump Truck, Water Tanker Truck, Street Sweeper Truck, and Tractor Lowboy Truck.

Requirements

Valid CDL class A or B driver’s license
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and people skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Pay

$25-$35 hr DOE
