• Minimum Commitment: At least 8 shifts per month

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV neonatology or NICU experience
• Board certification required
• Physician Assistant certification required
• Experience caring for neonates and infants in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Epic EMR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care setting
• Ohio licensure eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU
• Support assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of critically ill newborns and infants
• Perform procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, and arterial line placement
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic
• Work effectively within rotating day and night coverage
• Contribute to a team-based environment focused on quality, safety, and compassionate care
