Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Retail Sales Associate. The Retail Sales Associate will engage with customers through digital and remote channels, assist with product inquiries, and support online and phone-based transactions. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, promoting products and services, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following company policies and procedures, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet sales and service goals. The associate is expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to accurately inform customers about offerings and promotions.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working in remote, technology-enabled environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
