As a Network Administrator (Senior Analyst Level - P2), you will work closely with system administrators and cybersecurity and bring an enhanced level of knowledge on networking technologies and practices to support multiple program Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs). This is an on-site position in our Tewksbury, MA location.What You Will DoTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems reported by users and system administratorsFollow network design guides and processes/practicesReview Technical Security Controls with minimal supervisionMonitor network for health and performanceCreate and maintain technical documentation such as network diagramsMay require occasional domestic travelQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco hardware on Local Area Networks (LAN) within classified environmentsActive and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We PreferEffective customer service skills, including oral and written communications.CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II or 8140 Intermediate for Network Operations Specialist).
