JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza is responsible for operating store equipment, handling customer orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients and maintain the delivery area, storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product and maintain high food quality standards. Receive and process telephone orders accurately. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Help team members with financial transactions, including making correct monetary change. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

TRAINING

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Understand and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both on the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS

Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used. Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Demonstrate motor coordination and manual dexterity for rapid and precise movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile surfaces. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases up to 72" high. Carrying: Large cans (approx. 3 pounds), pizza sauce (up to 30 pounds), trays of dough (~12 pounds). Pushing/Pulling trays on dollies; requires up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climbing stairs or ladder infrequently; forward bending at pizza assembly station; bent posture at front counter and stocking. Reaching: Above 72" to operate oven controls, change prices, lift objects; reaching down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal, washing dishes. Eye‑hand coordination required; frequent use of hands for shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.

WORK CONDITIONS

Varying weather exposure when removing trash or other outside tasks. Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Work in cramped quarters, such as walk‑in cooler.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 16 years of age or older. Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator. Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Good customer‑service attitude and ability to work as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Domino's
