Associate Chaplain

Lead/oversee children's ministry, build upon a thriving ministry built by volunteers currently. This would be most likely part time due to being portable for now, but the other areas needed are associate support staff roles such as: administrative, communications, oversee outreach volunteers, oversee youth (if applicable), possibly preaching (if qualified). This is a role to grow into and lean on the strengths of the person, NOT try to get as much out of the candidate as you can and burn out.
