Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a high standards of operation. Establish a collaborative team environment, drive turnover management and increase profitability. Take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Motivate and develop staff to achieve performance goals and quality service. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
