Impactful Bilingual Medicaid & MSP Advocate

Healthfirst is seeking a Sr Retention Advocate to educate and assist members in obtaining Medicaid/Medicare entitlements, enabling independence at home and in the community. The role involves managing a complete case cycle, communicating complex information to members, and performing hands-on administration in a paperless PHI environment. You will work with PHI databases and security tools, coordinate with HRA/LDSS staff as needed, and track MSP status while supporting enrollment and application #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthfirst
