Senior Delivery Integration Lead – Hyperscale Data Center

Location: Onsite – Saline, Michigan

Openings: 4

Schedule: Rotation covering weekday, evening, night, weekend, and critical-event coverage; final rotation based on project needs

About the Opportunity

CAPISIUS Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a client delivering a hyperscale data center campus currently under construction in Saline Township, Michigan. The client's name is confidential at this stage and will be disclosed to qualified candidates during the interview process.

Role Overview

The Senior Delivery Integration Leads stay with the campus through project delivery and become the continuity point for an assigned building or portfolio. Each lead must know the true status of their area: what changed, what is at risk, who owns the next action, and what could affect the next shift or milestone.

Each lead holds a primary portfolio and a secondary backup assignment. The four-person team provides planned weekday, evening, night, weekend, and critical-event coverage.

This role focuses on integration and coordination. It does not replace functional owners, direct contractor work, or make technical acceptance decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current risks, blockers, actions, decisions, owners, due dates, and milestone impacts for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead or support daily shift-readiness reviews, lookaheads, and blocker reviews.
• Coordinate across Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Low Voltage, E2E, Safety, Logistics, PMO, Security, Operations, and the campus developer.
• Drive issues through closure and escalate when an owner, plan, decision, or date is missing.
• Verify reported status through field walks, stakeholder checks, and approved project systems.
• Support energizations, testing, outages, commissioning, recovery activities, and turnover milestones outside normal working hours.
• Maintain a clean shift handoff.
• Preserve decision history, commitments, lessons learned, and closure evidence.
• Support turnover readiness and identify gaps before they become handoff or ready-for-service (RFS) problems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting data centers, mission-critical construction, commissioning, turnover, project controls, or operations readiness.
• Strong issue management, meeting facilitation, follow-up, and written communication.
• Understanding of schedules, dependencies, readiness gates, milestone risks, and recovery plans.
• Ability to work independently off-hours and judgment on when to escalate.
• Willingness to work a rotation that includes evenings, nights, weekends, and critical events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, CxAlloy, Smartsheet, Gryps, or similar project systems.
