Turner Brothers Automotive LLC is a family-owned automotive repair shop in Bensalem, PA. We are a growing shop built on honest work, fair pricing, and earning long-term trust with our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants to work in a clean, professional, independent shop where quality matters and good work is appreciated.

We are not looking for someone who just wants to rush cars in and out. We want a technician who takes pride in doing the job correctly, communicates well, and wants to grow with a business that is being built the right way.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles.

Typical work may include:

• General automotive repair and maintenance
• Brakes, suspension, steering, tires, alignments, and fluid services
• Check engine light diagnostics and drivability concerns
• Electrical testing and basic wiring diagnosis
• Air conditioning service and repair
• Engine and transmission-related repairs
• Performing digital inspections and documenting recommendations
• Communicating findings clearly with the service advisor/owner
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Helping maintain a professional shop environment

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should have:

• Automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair ability
• Own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Good attitude and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Willingness to communicate and be part of a team
• PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses are a plus

Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday work may be available by appointment or as needed.

Pay

Pay is based on experience, ability, and licensing.

Estimated range: $25–$40+ per hour , depending on qualifications.

For the right technician, we are open to discussing a strong pay plan based on skill, productivity, and long-term fit.
