Shifts: All Shifts, Weekend Shifts.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 / hour

Duties:

• Loading and unloading machines with varied materials.
• Maintaining quality production standards.
• Operating machines safely and according to standard.
• Maintaining traceability, documents, and paperwork as required.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of consistent, hands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production setting, with the proven ability to read, label, measure, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• 2+ years of experience driving a forklift or other powered industrial vehicle in limited space environments is a plus.
• A history of stable employment that demonstrates reliability and commitment.
• Strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ambition to grow within the company.
• Excellent adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Able to Lift 75 pounds.
• Required Education: HS Diploma or GED.
