The Jesse Barrera Insurance Agency, a Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Agency, is expanding and looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in Scottsdale.

This is more than a traditional customer service position.

Youll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the top-performing insurance professionals in the industry, while gaining experience inside an agency that has built a track record of exceptional sales performance, client service, and growth.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients regarding policies, coverage, billing, and account changes
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify additional coverage opportunities
• Cross-sell and remarket Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up with clients, prospects, and agency-generated opportunities
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and retention efforts
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency CRM systems
• Utilize technology, automation, and AI tools to improve customer communication and follow-up
• Contribute to agency sales, retention, and customer-experience goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

• Arizona Property & Casualty licensed strongly preferred
• Life & Health licensed or willing to obtain the license
• Experienced in insurance sales, service, or account management
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating by phone, text, and email
• Comfortable identifying and discussing additional insurance needs with clients
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and interested in continued professional growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Proficient with CRM systems and modern technology
