Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in leading a high‑performing team and creating a positive environment for coaches and members. Assist in overseeing sales, operations, and the member experience to drive growth and retention. Partner closely with the GM to ensure smooth day‑to‑day center operations and consistent execution. Lead community engagement and class growth initiatives through scheduling, outreach, and local marketing. Coaching approximately 3–5 classes per week and modeling the KidStrong experience. Support recruiting, hiring, and training new coaches while maintaining program quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized facility and be ready to jump in wherever needed. Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations. Background in children’s programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire staff and members. Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week. Certifications Required (obtainable post‑hire) CPR certification First Aid certification Physical Requirements Ability to remain active and energetic throughout the day.
