Job Type: Full-Time Rate: $80,000 Location: Flexible within 50 miles of Leesburg, Virginia (required for local errands) Flexible Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm ET) Key Qualifications This is a full-time position and requires someone commutable to Leesburg, Virginia, as occasional local errands and in-person coordination are part of the role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with accounting and finance processes (e.g., Accounts Receivable and Payable) Experience with legal and contract administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to meeting deadlines Key Responsibilities Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable Legal/Contracts management and coordination Completing at least one local errand per week (mail/bank runs) General administrative support as needed Join The Team!
