Assistant Cook - Shelter Kitchen & Food Service

HELP USA is seeking an Assistant Cook to join the food services team at one of our transitional, shelter housing sites in Brooklyn. You will assist with food preparation, service, and kitchen cleanliness, and keep daily meal counts and inventory records. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, English literacy, and a Food Handlers License. Prior food service experience is preferred, with at least three years in related work.
