Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being through initial consultations and follow-ups.

  • Formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met.

  • Providing individual therapy sessions addressing a diverse array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

  • Facilitating couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

  • Regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress and evolving requirements.

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, while complying with legal and ethical standards.

  • Engaging in crisis intervention strategies when clients experience acute distress or emergencies.

  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on holistic care approaches tailored to each client.

  • Staying current on best practices and emerging research in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents navigating the challenges of youth, adults seeking support, and couples striving to enhance their relationships. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, alongside proficiency in electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
