Manufacturing/Process Engineer About the Role:

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process validation and manufacturing operations for innovative medical devices. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ, process development, and scale-up while working in a highly collaborative, regulated environment. You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams and build deep expertise in medical device validation and continuous improvement.

• Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) from planning through execution
• Assist in developing validation protocols, collecting data, and preparing reports
• Contribute to test method validation (TMV) to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Support process improvements using Lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist with manufacturing scale-up, including capacity and throughput analysis
• Help ensure documentation meets regulatory and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or similar)
• ~2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry
• Exposure to process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment

• Experience in medical device manufacturing
• Exposure to test method validation (TMV)
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in St Paul,MN.
