Ravenwood Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support our Pharmacologic Management/MED SOM Program. The nurse collaborates with psychiatrists to provide and manage mental health care, administers medications, and helps coordinate patient care across the team. Under supervision, the nurse will assist with medication management, health monitoring, and health education, while maintaining accurate records and HIPAA compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ravenwood Health
