Maintenance Technicians

Maintenance Technician 2.2 Under general supervision, diagnose, maintain, repair, and service a wide variety of fleet and specialized vehicles. Perform preventative maintenance, follow safety and LOTO procedures, operate tools and machinery, ensure equipment is in safe operating condition, perform inspections, diagnose electrical/hydraulic/brake systems, rebuild and replace components, perform welding, cutting, minor body work, use diagnostic software, complete paperwork, assist in emergency breakdowns, and stay current through training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). Tooling, mechanical inspection, and diagnostic skills. Oral and written communication, customer relations, diplomacy, organization, planning, and time management. Ability to read safety rules, write routine reports, apply basic math, solve practical problems, and interpret written instructions. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, and fleet maintenance software. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (preferred); valid DOT physical required. Equipment & Physical Demands Forklift operation required. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
