Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT techniques to generate top-quality diagnostic images for physicians
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ascertain accurate diagnoses
• Ensure that patients are positioned correctly and that all equipment is primed for optimal imaging outcomes
• Practice rigorous radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and your team
• Keep comprehensive records, inclusive of imaging logs and the maintenance of equipment
• Provide empathetic care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Help cultivate a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Your Education and Experience

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential

Mandatory Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT or Radiography) is required
• Current BLS certification or readiness to obtain within 90 days of your start date

Essential Skills for Success

• Sound knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Exceptional communication abilities to engage with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Adept at working in fast-paced settings and quickly handling shifting priorities
