Hospice Marketer

Driving position - must be willing and able to drive to patients place of resident. Locations: Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, Sun City, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson. Responsibilities Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships. Prepare marketing plans and develop target lists within an assigned territory. Develop and maintain client relationships. Use skills to develop territories sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas. Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families. Represent Hospice Promise and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner. Interact with Hospice Promise patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organization’s service and teamwork culture. Maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications Demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills. Knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. This is a driving position, must have automobile, valid driver’s license and insurance. Benefits Mileage reimbursement. Excellent Medical (effective 1st month after 30 days). Dental-Vision-Life (effective on 31st day of employment). 80 hours vacation per year (prorated based on hire date). 7 Paid Holidays per year effective upon hire. 1 Floating Holiday per year effective upon hire. 40 hours AZ Sick Time per year.
