Lead Technician

Lead TechnicianJarvis Smart Homes is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Wi-Fi and networking, home automation, A/V, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems. While this position will be leading others, it is also the expectation that the role will include installation and programming.Responsibilities:Perform installations and oversee low-voltage technicians and subcontractors.Assign tasks and manage project timelines and budgets.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Manage inventory and ensure job site preparation and cleanup.Deliver a white-glove customer service experience.Train and mentor junior technicians.Ensure compliance with safety standards.Handle programming, installation, orientation, and follow-up service calls.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience managing others in a home automation and integrator environment.Competency in Wi-Fi/networking, home automation, surround sound and AV, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently - utilizing any and all resources to provide solutions.Excellent project management skills.Strong customer service orientation.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearOur company is dedicated to serving our customers and our community.
