Lead Food Service Worker

Maschio's Food Service

Lead Food Service Worker needed for school food service in the Mount Olive, NJ area Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays, summers off.

Must have food service experience, K-12 helpful. Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools

Duties to include:

Food preparation, both hot and cold according to the NSLP guidelines.
Cooking skills.
Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times
Ordering, inventory, stocking, etc.
POS/cash handling.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
