Direct Support Professional (Attendant Counselor 2)

• Coach, teach, and mentor individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Support and train clients in all areas of daily living skills
• Implement Individual Support Plans, including programs and services
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and community activities
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with the people you support
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Collect, review, and document participant information, including details essential to home operations
• Use electronic systems to maintain accurate client records and reports

Who should apply? We are searching for professionals with:

• One year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in settings such as mental health facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or residential programs AND a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Additional information:

• Work schedule: we have various shifts available, please indicate your preferences when submitting your application.
• Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
