Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Roanoke, VA

Roanoke, VA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology sales across Charleston, Huntington, and Roanoke markets. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies, executing territory strategies, and expanding patient access to the company's immunology pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals and specialty partners
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, specialty pharmacy, and infusion centers
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
  • Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activities accurately and timely

Requirements

  • 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
  • Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and executing business objectives
  • Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
  • Strong collaborative skills across internal teams and cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must reside within assigned territory
