Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full‑time Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Manager of Marine Finance. This position works on‑site in Miami, Florida. Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Global Marine Operations Finance is responsible for managing the operating expense budget and financial analysis for Marine Operations on a global scale. This role ensures accurate reporting, partners with operational teams to track expense performance, and provides actionable insights to optimize spending and achieve business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and manages Opex budgets and forecasts for global Marine Operations departments. Analyzes actual financial performance against plans, identifying variances and corrective actions. Prepares monthly reporting packages and communicates insights to senior leadership. Collaborates with operations leaders to drive cost efficiency and resource optimization initiatives. Monitors compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls on operating expenses. Supports decision‑making by providing scenario analysis and strategic recommendations. Improves financial processes by recommending automation and reporting enhancements. Partners cross‑functionally across Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to align Opex strategies. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA or CPA/CFA certification preferred. 4–6 years of progressive experience in Opex management and financial analysis. Previous experience within maritime, transportation, or large‑scale operational environments preferred. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling expertise. Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred; familiarity with budgeting tools and reporting platforms a plus. Knowledge of operating expense methodologies within global operations. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, global environments with shifting priorities. Proactive problem‑solving and collaboration across multiple teams.
