Responsibilities:
- Operate Vermeer and Ditch Witch HDD rigs
- Complete pilot bores, reaming and pullbacks
- Install HDPE conduit and underground utility systems
- Review utility locates and bore plans before drilling
- Monitor drilling fluids and troubleshoot field conditions
- Inspect and maintain drilling equipment
- Complete production reports and maintain clean, safe job sites
Skills/Must Have:
- 3+ years of HDD operating experience
- Experience with Vermeer or Ditch Witch equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and utility maps
- Knowledge of drilling fluids and bore planning
- Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license
