Position Title: Account Manager

This role presents an opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding financial services company that specializes in providing funding solutions for personal injury victims. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through relationship-building with personal injury law firms. This position involves significant travel, requiring the ability to engage with clients in various locations. Candidates should be ready to embrace challenges and demonstrate a commitment to achieving sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent work environment and possess a strong motivation for success.

Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000/ Year DOE + Uncapped Commission

Account Manager Responsibilities:

Meet sales targets to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms
Engage with legal professionals through lunches, dinners, and meetings
Attend legal networking events and trade shows
Utilize CRM software to track sales leads and customer accounts
Educate law firms on service benefits
Coordinate with law firm personnel to facilitate documentation

Account Manager Requirements:

2+ years of inside or outside sales experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with CRM systems
Experience in the legal field or connections with attorneys is preferred
A background in consulting, medical devices, or IT/SaaS is preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Salesforce experience is preferred
