Peggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning & Development, France As an In-Room Dining (IRD) Specialist at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, you will be at the heart of our guests’ stay, ensuring they enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of their rooms. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will make every dining experience special. This position requires open availability including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Take and upsell guest requests for Room Service with a warm and engaging approach. Timely Service: Present guest food and beverage preferences promptly and at the perfect temperature. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by clearing guest floors and landings. Versatility: Assist in other areas as needed, showcasing your flexibility and team spirit. Casual Conversation: Engage in friendly conversations with guests, enhancing their overall experience with your unique style and service attributes.
