Agent Services Technical Product Manager (AI Agents)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in AI product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the agent development life cycle, Spec Driven Development, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience with or working knowledge of AI and agentic products or platforms, including foundational concepts such as LLMs and Harness.
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to improve individual and team productivity, and a strong ability to identify suitable AI applications.
• Familiarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems, with analytical skills to assess quality and performance in non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences.
• A record of delivering products and new features through agile product development and the software delivery life cycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, strategic thinking, thought leadership, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Initiative, a bias for action, and comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience delivering platform, infrastructure, cloud, or AI services used by other teams, including hosted runtimes, control planes, or developer operations tools.
• Preferred: Ability to incorporate governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and control requirements into technology products and operator workflows.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of identity and access controls, entitlements, delegation and OBO patterns, auditability, logging, observability, and secure integration.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AWS or GCP deployment models, federated runtimes, gateways, and proxies.
• Preferred: Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including safety, fairness, and governance, and experience delivering AI products in regulated settings.
• Preferred: Understanding of agentic patterns such as orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop design, including how to balance autonomy and guardrails.
• Preferred: Experience with software asset registration, developer portals, systems of record, or service ownership models.

• Set the strategy and vision for our agent platform and governance services, making lifecycle operations, identity, and control reusable platform capabilities.
• Own and develop the product backlog across ADLC, Agent Cloud, Managed Agents, Control Tower, Gateway, Identity, and governance, aligning it with our roadmap and value proposition.
• Lead the Agent Control Tower as our firmwide control plane, ensuring production agents have canonical identities and visible lifecycle, policy, and operational states, with authorized operators able to disable, kill, throttle, redirect, roll back, or revoke credentials.
• Deliver identity and delegation features, including multi-hop OBO downscoping, short-lived scoped credentials, and MCP and agent certification lifecycle capabilities.
• Manage governance as a service, including the Agent Manifest, release graph, and Agent and MCP System of Record, with automatic capture of most governance evidence at build time as a target.
• Document the ADLC consistently across the SDK and other surfaces, and make governance steps easier during Managed Agent feasibility and onboarding.
• Integrate controls for model use, tool invocation, data access, entitlements, logging, auditability, and human oversight into developer and operator workflows, making compliance straightforward.
• Establish a measurement framework and monitor success indicators such as production conversion, operational overhead, governance automation, reliability, and control effectiveness.
• Drive delivery from end to end, planning and prioritizing work across supporting scrum teams.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Cybersecurity, Model Risk, and Data Governance to turn responsible AI and agentic AI requirements into product capabilities rather than manual gates.
