Data Entry Administrator

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Data Entry Administrator for a work-from-home opportunity. Candidates must be located in the Pittsburgh, PA area and available to complete initial training onsite.

This is a data-intensive administrative role involving a high volume of pricing, quoting, and vendor information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and has previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have their own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
• Enter, update, and maintain vendor pricing and related information
• Review numerical data and information for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with internal employees by phone and email
• Maintain organized and accurate records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume data entry or administrative role
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet access
• Must be located in the Pittsburgh, PA area for onsite training
