Kindly respond with your most up to date resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity.Client is considering only ​LOCAL CANDIDATES for this position.Job DescriptionDevelops web and desktop based solutions that deliver increased efficiency, timeliness, and quality gains. -Experience with entire application life cycle, including the ability to assess opportunities and partner with staff to develop detailed application requirements. Excellent analytic, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ensures application documentation is correct and complete. Identifies solution options and negotiates with business leads in regards to functionality and delivery timeframes. -Manages efforts to overcome obstacles and meet stated timeframes. -Leads and contributes to programming and code development efforts. -Partners with teammates, peer teams, and business contacts to identify improvement opportunities.
